Hi Everyone.
I just published my first two paperback books this week.
They are a collection of physical challenges, games and drills to help martial art kids develop their strength, balance, flexibilty and co-ordination in a fun way at home with friends and family so that they are in great shape for training hard in the Dojo.

I hope that these books are accepted by young students, parents and Instructors as a helpful resource for keeping kids active outside of formal lessons.
