R.I.P. Warren Zevon

Warren Zevon died in his sleep Sunday night over a year after doctors told him he had only three months to live.

Now he is off roaming eternity with Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner. One of his best works might have been "Mr. Bad Example", but he sure set a good example of how to go out in style. Hell of a musician, and an even better storyteller. He will be sorely missed.

Scarily enough, they say famous people die in threes. We've had:

Bob Hope
Charles Bronson
Warren Zevon

At first I thought at least that's over for a while, but then I realized Katherine Hepburn went as well. Oh well.
