Trained with Rickson, Superfoot, Ed Parker and Tae Bo Billy. Joe Lewis used to stay at the house when he was in southern New England back in the eighties.
We used to spar in the kitchen and scare the dogs.

Good times.

Jess is a close friend and my training brother, I can get you a signed copy if you desire. Jess and I have trained with several of the martial artists in that book. Both my Sifu and Sigung are in that book. I am thanked in the foreword and many of my training brothers are pictured therein. Jess taught Bagua Zhang in Oakland California for over a decade, he is a direct student of Kumar and Luo.

If you have interest, look up Albion swords, they made a limited edition sword called the lady vivamus that is made from the specs of the poem. It’s a beautiful sword, and though I have neither use nor skill for such a thing I would buy it if I had the funds just because.
